A teaching is not finished when it is heard. It is finished when it is lived. That is the spirit in which brother Theodore Andoseh taught the chapters of this book, and it is the spirit in which they should be read. They are short on theory and long on instruction: set your goal, write your programme, protect your time, finish what you start, do your work as unto the One who sees in secret, and discern the season you are in. Some of the pages will encourage you. Some will correct you. A few will make you uncomfortable, which is probably a sign that they are doing their work. The author does not apologise for this, and neither should the reader resent it. I recommend this book to anyone who suspects that the days are passing faster than the work is being done.
