The True Christian Foundation

par Zacharias T. Fomum

A building can rise no higher than its foundation can carry — and a Christian life can rise no higher than the foundation on which it is built. In these messages from the Second East African Convention (Kigali, 2002), Zacharias Tanee Fomum sets out the true Christian foundation with the directness of a father and the precision of a builder. He paints the portrait of the normal believer — one who prays alone, worships, encounters God daily, reads the Word, gives, fasts, wins souls and makes disciples — and then traces the secret of a successful Christian life step by step: justified, baptised into the Holy Spirit, terminated with the past, separated from sin, the world and self, clothed with the character of Christ, consecrated, and filled with the Holy Spirit. With chapters on character, spiritual gifts, love, order, sickness and healing, and curses — and the author’s teaching charts redrawn throughout — this book is a foundation inspection no serious believer can afford to postpone.
